Survival Skills for Women, SSW
 
Survival Skills for Women (SSW), is a nationally-recognized program that focuses on comprehensive life management and job readiness training. Open to women 18 years of age and older, this program offers a series of 10 workshops with topics such as personal health, nutrition and self advocacy. Participants learn to recognize their strengths while developing new skills that will enable them to take charge of their lives. This voluntary program is offered three times a year.
